Goddess Code is a series of ebooks,each one dedicated to unlocking one of the 7 energy centers along the center of you body. I have written this book, to create a clear simple and fun path to getting in-tune with your higher self also known as your goddess energy. Goddess Code is designed for young and old, novice or professional, as well as it can be incorporated into many spiritual practice based on the individuals desires. Even though,Goddess Code is specifically written out of a desire to create a structure for African American women finding unrest in their spiritual practices and who just need a fresh new take on creating themselves it is usable by any race or culture because it is based on the energy that all bodies possess. Oh,I say creating themselves rather than finding themselves because you are not lost. All you need is already present and always available to you. The Goddess Code is a formula for aligning your physical self with your goddess energy. How is this done you may say. First let me point out that a goddess is not some mysterious floating female that touches you with a magic wand and grants you three wishes. There is goddess energy and you have beings that are considered A Goddess and then there is The Goddess. Goddess energy is an energy that we all as women have. This energy is the basic essence of a female. It is an energy that can be developed or not.Then there is A Goddess such as Isis or Bast. These are specific beings that lived and gained a high amount of mastery to the extent of large followings and worship. I personally don’t worship deities but I do give them respect as ancestors and call on their energy to assist me,but not with out giving them an offering of some sort. You know it is a give and take like any relationship. However this is strictly a personal choice. Last there is The Goddess or the Divine Feminine this is a description of a larger mass energy sort of like mother nature,it is believed that the universe is feminine because it constantly gives birth. What I will be dealing with in these pages is goddess energy decoded. To unlock your goddess code you must sit and be one with yourself long enough to hear your own desires, callings and yearnings. Each woman's code is different because we are each as unique as the grains of sand on a beach. So within, you will find tools to help unlock and balance your energy centers also known in Sanskrit as Chakras. Goddess code utilizes the basic 7 chakras. We begin to balance this energy by practicing some basic yoga positions while visualizing color energy . We will also be meditating with the correlated crystal or metal incorporated into a craft. Specific herbs and aromas will continue your awakening while reciting affirmations with your healing drinks and mists. These practices are designed to stimulate your 5 physical senses in such a way to awaken your higher senses. This instills a feeling of well being,confidence and balance. Incorporating several sensory activities in the Goddess Code, allows you to explore your senses have fun and awaken your inner goddess.
